As part of the Swiss and African Brain Health Initiatives, this significant partnership aims to foster equitable and reciprocal academic and educational cooperation to advance brain health research, care and policy.

The goal of the Swiss Brain Health Plan (SBHP) is to implement the Swiss Brain Health Strategy, to raise awareness about brain health and to initiate prevention programs.

On Thursday, 5 December 2024, representatives from neurology, psychiatry, health economics, public health and patient organizations met at the SFCNS Swiss Brain Health Plan- 2nd Stakeholder Meeting to discuss the aims and the development of a national brain health strategy. International guests enriched the event with valuable insights and placed the efforts in a global context.

The SFCNS Swiss Brain Health Plan represented at the European level by its Board Member Prof. Indrit Bègue: “Addressing brain health comprehensively is key to tackling interconnected challenges and driving societal well-being and innovation”.

Im Rahmen des SBHP 2nd Stakeholder Meetings werden Fortschritte zur Entwicklung einer nationalen Gehirngesundheitsstrategie vorgestellt. Internationale Gäste bereichern den Anlass mit wertvollen Einblicken und setzen die Bestrebungen in einen globalen Kontext.
